HENRY CHUA S.G. GENERAL MANAGER OF GCS INFINITI SDN BHD

Henry Chua is currently the General Manager of GCS Infiniti Sdn Bhd which he set up and founded in 2010.

His forte is in renovating companies as he finds this as his first passion in a challenging field where his expertise, knowledge and understanding in leadership, management, business enterprise, property development, project appraisal and risk management, leveraging on IT for quality products innovation and human capital development lends great value to his clients.

He began his career with Jurukos (QS Consultant) and eventually joined PRK Builders Sdn. Bhd. (Sunway Group’s Subsidy). After working with the Company, he left to join MQS Consult.  During his tenure with the Consultancy firm, Henry was in charge of setting up a new branch, computerizing the measurement and payment systems for the company.

His tenure as consultant to Mah Sing Group saw current projects increase to eight, including Sri Pulai Perdana in JB, Austin Perdana in JB, Aman Perdana in Klang, Perdana Residence in Selayang, Sierra Perdana in JB, Kemuning Residence in Shah Alam, One Residence In Cheras and Damansara Legenda in PJ which was awarded Best Development Malaysia by International Property Awards in association with CNBC.

He led GCS in the Year 2003 where Magna Prima invited Henry as outsourced business Development / Project Management Consultant. In 2008, GCS assisted to set up a new property division of Petraz Holding Sdn. Bhd with Kristana Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

Henry Chua was seconded to Hwa Wei Technologies Co. Ltd.in Vietnam during Year 2009 as Commercial Advisor who provided Contract Management consultant inclusive of staff training.

After returning from Vietnam, GCS was restructured to GCS Infiniti Sdn. Bhd to venture into property development, including housing developments at Taman Bahagia Makmur, Temerloh; Taman Temerloh Jaya, Temerloh; Project Management Consultant to Kristana Holdings Sdn. Bhd for QueensPark in Kelantan); and Smart Home Security System to 265 Units of houses at Selayang (Perdana Residence 2).

He was bestowed the RICS Award when he graduated with First Class in BSC (Hons) Sandwich Degree in Quantity Surveying from the Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK.
